I love a good, healthy smoothie for breakfast, doesn't everyone? 🙂
My current favorite breakfast smoothie is a Blueberry Hemp Smoothie. I use hemp protein for my protein source in this smoothie.
Here's my recipe:
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup fat free milk (or almond milk)
- 6 ounces plain yogurt (vanilla works too)
- 4 tbsp organic hemp protein
This recipe makes 2 yummy breakfast smoothies!
I love the flavors and textures in this smoothie, even my kids love it!
